The Village of Senneville Reaches a Positive Agreement with Its Blue-Collar Employees

The Village of Senneville is pleased to announce the official signing of the new collective agreement, concluded on July 8 with the Syndicat des cols bleus regroupés de Montréal (CUPE 301), representing the municipality’s blue-collar employees. This seven-year agreement, in effect until 2029, was reached through open and respectful discussions and represents meaningful progress for both sides.

A Spirit of Respect and Collaboration

The Village of Senneville approached these negotiations with a strong commitment to collaboration and respect, always keeping the well-being of its blue-collar employees in mind. We sincerely thank everyone who took part in the process, and we express our gratitude to our blue-collar team for their outstanding service to the residents of Senneville.

The Union would like to highlight the important role played by Mr. Robert Malek, whose support behind the scenes was key throughout the negotiations. His collaboration with the Union was greatly appreciated. He clearly showed respect and appreciation for his blue-collar team. We also wish to acknowledge Mayor Julie Brisebois and Mr. Jean Denis Ladouceur for their respectful and constructive involvement,” said Mr. Fayçal Bendhiba, Union director.
