STM Bus Network Redesign

The STM is currently redesigning its network to prepare for the opening of the Anse-à-l’Orme branch of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM).

Although the official opening date has not yet been confirmed, the REM indicates that it is expected in spring 2026. In recent weeks, the STM has published several updates on its website to present public transit users with the new routes that will be introduced when the REM comes into service.

In Senneville

Two major improvements directly affect our territory:

  • Addition of a shared taxi stop providing an efficient connection to the REM Anse-à-l’Orme station.
  • Introduction of a new bus line (222), intended in particular to serve businesses along the Trans-Canada Highway and the industrial sector.

New routes and schedules

Before deployment, you can test the STM route simulator. This tool allows you to view routes, schedules, and connections to find the best trip options to your destination.

Public information sessions

To present the changes and answer questions, the STM will hold information kiosks and public consultation sessions. We invite you to consult the full schedule of information activities here

The closest option for Senneville residents is the session scheduled at Collège John Abbott on February 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
