* The situation has returned to normal * Planned Power Outage and Traffic Interruption



The Village of Senneville wishes to inform residents that Hydro-Québec will be carrying out tree-pruning work near the electrical network between 68 and 70 Senneville Road, on July 16, 2026. For safety reasons, the work will be performed using a crane and requires a temporary shutdown of the electrical network. Consequently, Senneville Road will be closed to vehicule traffic for the duration of the work.

To allow these operations to be completed safely, Hydro-Québec will proceed with a full power outage from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on July 16, 2026. Affected addresses will receive additional information through our Crisis24 automated alert system. If you have not yet subscribed, you may do so by clicking here.

Disruptions:

• Complete closure of Senneville Road
• Pedestrian and cyclist access will remain available
• Hydro-Québec service interruption: no electricity for the day



Expected Impacts

• Temporary relocation of Town Hall operations to the George-McLeish Community Centre, with limited services available for the day
• Traffic delays and longer driving routes due to detours

•Vehicle traffic prohibited around the work zones.
