Join us on February 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Senneville Park for a group outing to listen to and observe the birds of the region, as part of the Great Backyard Bird Count, taking place from February 13 to 16, 2026.
During these four days, bird enthusiasts are invited to count, listen to, and observe as many bird species as possible, and then share their observations at the end of the event.
A counting chart will be displayed in the vestibule of the George-McLeish Community Centre throughout the event. Participants can record their observations there or submit their results by email to the Recreation Coordinator before Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at noon.
Please include the following information in your observations:
- the date, time, and location of your observations
- the method you used to record them
