Changes to the Route 281 Shared Taxi Service Effective October 4, 2026
The STM will be introducing two changes to its shared taxi service: a new service provider with a new fleet of vehicles, as well as a new reservation platform. Reservations must now be made through the following platform:
Users who already have an account will be able to continue using their existing credentials and will not need to register again. The new phone number to book a trip will be: 450-671-9999
To ensure a smooth transition, the STM will communicate directly with affected users and update the information available on its various platforms, as well as at shared taxi stops.
The Village of Senneville encourages users of the service to familiarize themselves with these changes before they come into effect in order to facilitate their travel.
