Daylight Saving Time Ends. Quebec will return to Eastern Standard Time during the night of October 31 to November 1 at 2:00 a.m., and clocks should be set back one hour.
This time change takes place every year on the first Sunday of November, when Quebec switches from Daylight Saving Time (UTC−4) back to Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5).
