The Town of Senneville wishes to share information provided by the Montreal Fire Department and advise residents that teams mandated by the City of Montreal will soon be conducting field surveys in the area as part of the MÉRIGE Project
Over the coming weeks, personnel will conduct exterior observations of buildings to collect certain information, including:
- Taking photographs of building exteriors;
- Recording specific building characteristics.
No access to the interior of residences will be requested. All activities will be carried out exclusively outdoors on the properties.
The information collected will help improve the understanding of flood risks, enhance emergency response planning, and contribute to the protection of residents and their property.
Survey teams will be clearly identified with City of Montreal identification cards and will respect private property at all times.
