Are You Registered for the Emergency Alert System?

During this period of emergency measures related to spring flooding, it is crucial for the Village of Senneville to be able to reach you quickly in order to provide important updates and safety instructions. Our Crisis24 emergency alert system allows us to contact you in case of an emergency or to share other communications deemed important (such as Town Hall closures, water main breaks, pool closures, etc.).

Registration

Stay informed by creating your account through the platform. When registering, you will need to provide either an email address or a phone number. You will then be added to our database to receive messages from the Village via SMS, email, or phone calls.

If you previously subscribed to our former CodeRED platform, please note that your contact information has been automatically transferred to the new Crisis24 platform. However, we encourage you to log into your profile to update your information if needed, as well as your language preference (French or English).

Forgot your login credentials? Please note that you can use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” options.

Mobile application

A mobile application is also available, but it is not specific to Senneville. You will therefore need to create separate login credentials to access it.

The app is called CodeRED Public Alerts (available on Android and Apple devices) and allows you to receive Crisis24 alerts while travelling. For example, if you are outside Canada and the city you are staying in uses Crisis24, you will receive its alerts as long as your device is connected to a network. Conversely, if you are elsewhere in Quebec, you may also receive alerts from other municipalities using the same platform.
