The Village of Senneville announces the update of its web page dedicated to ongoing residential projects in Senneville, which centralizes all essential information for future homeowners. You will find there:
- The complete permit application process;
- A summary of the required plans and documents;
- By-law No. 452 on Site Planning and Architectural Integration;
- The Architectural Principles Guide.
This information has been centralized to make your procedures easier and to support you in your construction projects with full transparency.
Furthermore, the Municipality wishes to inform residents that the first construction project in the Boisé Pearson development was approved by the municipal council during the July meeting. While some trees had to be removed, this decision followed a rigorous evaluation, with particular attention paid to the protection of mature trees. Concrete measures are included in our urban planning regulations to:
- Protect existing trees as much as possible;
- Replace removed trees with native species when their preservation is not feasible;
- Maintain the minimum tree conservation ratio, which is 80% in Boisé Pearson.
Regarding the Senneville-sur-le-Parc residential project, the minimum tree conservation ratio is set at 60%.
We invite residents and future homeowners to consult all the information on our dedicated web page.
