Conditional Uses

Is Your Use Permitted??

Certain projects or activities may be authorized as a conditional use when they comply with the criteria established by municipal regulations. Before proceeding with your project, please verify whether a conditional use application is required.

Since September 2026, all conditional use applications must be submitted using the designated application form. Once the application has been approved, the applicant may pay the applicable fees and obtain the required authorization.

Purpose of the Application Form

EThe Conditional Use Application Form is designed to simplify and standardize the review process by collecting all information and supporting documents required for the assessment of an application. This helps ensure an efficient review process that complies with municipal requirements.

By-law No.507

All conditional use applications must comply with the provisions of By-law No. 507 respecting Conditional Uses. Applications are evaluated according to the criteria established in the by-law to ensure that proposed projects integrate harmoniously into the community and support the municipality’s planning objectives.

Authorization Certificate

All conditional use applications must comply with the provisions of By-law No.507 respecting Conditional Uses and be submitted using the prescribed application form.

To apply, applicants must provide all required documents and information through the online application form. Once a conditionnal use application has been approved, the applicant may obtain the applicable certificate or authorization by submitting the required documents and paying the prescribed fees.
