These by-laws involve parking, traffic, waste collection, pets and animals, permits, public works, sanitation, public transportation and fire safety, to name a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Montr\u00e9al\u2019s municipal court handles infractions that occurred in the Montr\u00e9al agglomeration, meaning in one of the city\u2019s 19 boroughs or one of the neighbouring municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>When you receive a statement of offence, you have 30 days to pay it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>That said, as of December 1, you will no longer be able to pay your statements of offence directly at the Ville de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pointe-claire.ca\/fr\/actualites\/comptoir-de-taxation-cessation-du-service-de-paiement-de-constats-dinfractions-pour-les-non-residentes-de-pointe-claire\/\">Pointe-Claire<\/a> service counter. We recommend that you use online payment services or go to the nearest BAM (Bureau d&#8217;acc\u00e8s Montr\u00e9al), in the borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro (at City Hall) or the borough of LaSalle (Point de service de la cour municipale &#8211; Sud de l&#8217;\u00eele), or by mail: Cour municipale de la Ville de Montr\u00e9al &#8211; C. P. 11046, succ. Centre-Ville, Montr\u00e9al (Qu\u00e9bec) H3C 4Y2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
