{"id":22276,"date":"2026-08-18T15:50:49","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T19:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.senneville.ca\/?p=22276"},"modified":"2026-08-18T15:49:45","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T19:49:45","slug":"telecommunication-underground-conduit-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.senneville.ca\/en\/telecommunication-underground-conduit-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Telecommunication Underground Conduit Work"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Village of Senneville wishes to inform residents that underground telecommunications conduit work will be carried out along Senneville Road, between Anse-\u00e0-l\u2019Orme Road and Highway 40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This work, undertaken by Bell Canada through its accredited contractor Teltech, will take place from <strong>August 24 to November 6, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work Schedule and Progress<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work site will advance in small sections of approximately 200 to 300 metres per day along the roadside. To keep residents informed of the progress of the work, the Village of Senneville will send a weekly automated message to addresses affected by the work scheduled for the following week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Bell Canada will distribute door hangers 48 hours before work begins in the affected areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traffic will be maintained in both directions at all times. Within active work zones, traffic will be managed on a single alternating lane. The work will proceed gradually along the affected corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No significant impact on access to private properties is anticipated. Should access be temporarily restricted, it will be restored promptly and the interruption will be of short duration. Residents will be able to coordinate their movements with on-site crews as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the work may cause some temporary inconveniences, including traffic delays and activities on or near certain properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Village of Senneville thanks residents for their understanding and cooperation
